Update People Compliance page and add additional sub-pages related to PI

Why is this change being made?

To build out the handbook section for the People Compliance team, I have created 4 new handbook pages that will deal with the primary Performance Indicators for the team. Please let me know your thoughts on this iteration.

Questions

Currently, the Total Rewards team on their job family page own all HRIS (BambooHR) management, changes, data entry and accuracy. How do their tasks and mine overlap or work together specifically when it comes to my PI of 100% accuracy of personal information in BHR?

For example, the Total Rewards team completes a BambooHR onboarding audit for every new hire. Will I be taking over this task or will my audit of BambooHR be more of an overview on a monthly basis, looking at all the new information that has been added and already audited by TR?

Also, the offboarding issue audits and the referral bonus audits are listed under the People Experience Coordinator role as well as the People Compliance role. Will those stay with the Experience team or move over to Compliance?
