update sdr iqm required fields

Why is this change being made?

Updating the IQM required fields for sdrs in an effort to:

  • create consistency in the process across Enterprise teams
  • improve efficiency in reporting
  • capture additional data (personas / roles / conversion source info / sequence attribution, inbound vs. outbound) to help SDR leaders better understand how IQMs are being sourced across teams
