Clarify Life insurance benefit for German entity

Anne Lasch requested to merge alasch-master-patch-51100 into master

Why is this change being made?

It's not clear that in Germany the GitLab Life Insurance plan applies. Because the section on Life Insurance starts by saying that GitLab doesn't plan on offering Life Insurance Benefits. and stating why that is (because support is provided through employer insurance and government pension schemes). So I think it would be clearer if it states that no entity-specific life insurance benefit is given and the general GitLab Insurance plan applies. That's what I proposed with my edits.
