Styling update & fix links on /installation

@joshlambert I was just reviewing the updated https://about.gitlab.com/installation/ and the Community Edition and Manual Installation links aren't active. They currently redirect to about.gitlab.com.

Can you update those links or should we pull in @iamphill?
