Add additional example non-adversarial events

Why is this change being made?

This MR has been opened per recommendation from Liz to ensure the StORM policy provides coverage needed for SOC 2 - https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-security/compliance/compliance/-/issues/2134

This MR adds additional call outs of example threat events for non-adversarial threats to ensure alignment with CC3.4
