Put Group Conversations on 8 Week Cycle

Why is this change being made?

People with Group Conversations and Key Meetings are spending more time preparing for Group Conversations than Key Meetings. They also aren't reusing their Key Meeting Materials for Group Conversations. We want to better align Key Meeting and Group Conversation schedules and reduce prep time needed.

This MR moves the 6 week Group Conversation to an 8 week cycle. During this time: -Groups that have key meetings host 2 key meetings (in week 3-4 and weeks 7-8) -Groups without key meetings host once.

This change would start in Q4. For now, both the current schedule and Q3 schedule appear.
