Why is this change being made?

https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/engineering/security/#principle-of-least-privilege no longer exists and has been moved to https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/engineering/security/Access-Management-Policy.html#principle-of-least-privilege but the links in our handbook weren't updated.
