Add EOL check to list of tasks
Why is this change being made?
Adds a report supplied by gitlab-org/gitlab-docs!1067 (merged) to our monthly tasks list:
- Before: https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/engineering/ux/technical-writing/#regularly-scheduled-tasks
- After: https://eread-add-eol-check-to-list.about.gitlab-review.app/handbook/engineering/ux/technical-writing/index.html#regularly-scheduled-tasks
While here, ensures the main RP structural test list reflects our own list:
- Before: https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/marketing/blog/release-posts/managers/
- After: https://eread-add-eol-check-to-list.about.gitlab-review.app/handbook/marketing/blog/release-posts/managers/index.html
