Update shared info location

Why is this change being made?

• Removes strategy section in secure page, since it's on secure/defend already and relates to both
• Adds "how we work" section to secure and defend page and "label usage.." section (previously only on the secure page), since it relates to both sections
• Remove and updated outdated meeting time/day info
