Update Community Advocacy workflows page with Slack information for #advocates-fyi

Why is this change being made?

Adding the name of the new Slack channel for Community Advocacy news and updates (#advocates-fyi) on workflows will help Community Advocates share what they've proposed changes to and will ensure that important information for the team does not get lost in the flood of various Slack messages in other channels.
