Change alignment group for product workflow

Why is this change being made?

For the product workflow to work effectively, we need alignment across the board. Given that many of the changes to this could affect efficiency, all sorts of factors need to be weighed.

This proposal makes both the Senior Director of Developer and Director of Quality necessary for alignment.
