Include the process for creating a new Epic from the Quarterly OKRs list
Why is this change being made?
This change is being made in order to include a process around sharing our team's metrics that had not been previously documented.
As all of the Advocates stay connected with the team's data and OKRs, it will be simple for anyone on the team to pick up this process once a quarter to stay aligned with the rest of the company as we talk about OKRs.
This previously was unshared knowledge that lived in David's head and would require a coaching session if he wanted to delegate this task. Now it's an official Community Advocate process that anyone can do once David assigns it, without coaching. (hopefully)
