Updating Sales KPIs to more accurately represent what is in the metrics sheet

Why is this change being made?

There are some definitions in that needed to be clarified to support the Gitlab metrics sheet. Sales Assisted - the SFDC report used is actually non-web store purchased Clarified new deal size to say total new IACV / net new deals (same for new sales assisted) Clarified Renewals ACV to be clear about multi-year deals
