Use of the term "coffee chat" is for meetings that are primarily social

Jeremy Watson (ex-GitLab) requested to merge jeremy-master-patch-19271 into master

Why is this change being made?

I've been seeing more calendar invites head my way that are labeled "coffee chat". I love coffee chats - but I generally choose to prioritize meetings that are related to my primary responsibilities and to make sure I'm prioritizing my time effectively to support my team.

Some of these coffee chats are truly coffee chats and primarily social, but some seem to cover meaty work topics that I would have made time to answer either sync or async. I really can't tell until the meeting. This MR specifies that "coffee chat" should only be used for invites that are primarily social in nature. Those that are not should have an agenda and objective.

Does this MR meet the acceptance criteria?
