Why is this change being made?

To collaboratively work on the market capabilities of the SCM usecase definition. The goal of these market capabilities is two-fold:

  • To be able to compare GitLab against competitors based on these different capabilities (much like Gartner's critical capabilities)

  • To attach a ROI calculation to them
