- Update from usage of bullets to numbered list items per #12 (closed) here: https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/communication/#writing-style-guidelines
- Updated language to be specific about ownership of Incident Reviews.
- Fixed a broken links
These changes were made to align this page with the communication styling of similar documents (point 1 above), be clearer about ownership of Incident Reviews (RCAs) and their corresponding tickets (point 2 above), and to fix some broken links within the page.
