Update Outreach page to reflect changes made to automating Outreach Stages and SFDC Status

Why is this change being made?

Blank status was removed as it was causing bugs. Additional SFDC Status were added to the Accepted trigger. An additional trigger for updating status to Qualifying is also being rolled out.
