Monitor geekbot usage update for both groups
Why is this change being made?
The Monitor:APM team is going to change to use the same questions as the Monitor:Health team. To accomplish this, I am updating the handbook for the Monitor Stage to update the list of questions with a brief description of each one. I am also removing the standup sections for the Monitor:APM and Monitor:Health pages since they can now be in one common location.
Once we collaborate and agree on this MR, I will update geekbot to reflect the new questions.
