Creating a final review and approval process
Why is this change being made?
Creating how we capture the approval of a deal before signing the definitive agreement. Added the following:
- A formal name for the last call for the acquisition's team final recommendation
- CEO approval over email (as per @rschulman request)
- BoD approval
