Update Sales Territory page with new Territory Management information

Why is this change being made?

Recently implemented new solution in LeanData to route records & control ownership of territories as well as append additional information to LEAD/CONTACT/ACCOUNT objects. Update the Sales Territory page with the information that is contained in the SSoT so it is easily digestible for all teams
