Adding Whiteboards with link to equipment example page in handbook

Why is this change being made?

This is to add whiteboards to the equipment example page in the handbook. I was recently asking whether or not that is something we could expense, as it's a valuable tool for designers. I received approval in the finance channel and am adding this to the handbook so others are aware.

In adding this to the list, I moved a couple items that were under the "Furniture" heading (which didn't seem like furniture items), and moved those as well as this new entry into an "Other Accessories" heading.
