Added extra MVC heuristic to iteration section

Why is this change being made?

Added additional heuristic to provide some perspective on reducing scope of iterations through JTBD rather than end UX.

When applying the MVC approach, make things smaller by reducing the scope of the job-to-be-done rather than sacrificing the end UX.
