Updating VPE title to EVPE

Why is this change being made?

  • This change has been previously discussed and provisionally agreed to in e-group
  • With my VP of Security starting Monday Jan 14, 2020 the need is now pressing to resolve the title confusion e.g. I have fielded the question "Is security leaving engineering since we hired a VP" 4 times in the last week
