Brush up the interim manager section Engineering
Why is this change being made?
We want to clarify the use of interim positions and add the desire that these periods preferably are not longer than 4 months. This to set the right expectations with team members who consider the interim track.
Also updated the wording from people to team members and managers to Engineering Managers aligned with company guidelines.
