Transparency suggestion
@jeremy I was stunned and impressed to see you posted your 360 reviews. It takes a lot of confidence and humility to be willing to show flaws or potential flaws and this is an attribute I admire strongly in leadership.
I found myself wondering if there were any drawbacks. I think there's possibly a couple. Rather than just tell you that I think something could improve and leave it up to you to fix it, I thought I'd make a proposal.
It feels very strange to make an MR to someone's personal README, but this seems like a good async way to share my thoughts with you. (The alternatives - slack/zoom felt more time consuming, less efficient, and less honoring to the level of transparency you've shown.)
Please take as a Google docs-style suggestion and accept/reject/reword accordingly. I'm not sure I captured things in your tone of voice, but I'm offering up a suggestion based on what I imagine you would say.
