Update compliance handbook page for 2020

Why is this change being made?

The security compliance handbook page was originally written in 2019 with references to what we were currently working on and what we planned to work on in that year. As we enter 2020, we want the security compliance handbook page to reflect the work we've already completed and the work we're planning on undertaking next year.
