Make including job videos standard practice

Jeremy Watson (ex-GitLab) requested to merge hiring-video-recording into master

This merge request makes posting a video recording from the hiring manager standard practice for new job listings. Videos should be included with new listings within 1 week of them going live in Greenhouse.

Why is this change being made?

Videos associated with each role have several positive effects:

  1. It's congruent with our transparency value and helps candidates understand what they're getting into. Hearing a description of the role directly from the hiring manager is the best way for someone to understand whether or not that a job is right for them. It allows the personality of the hiring manager to break through and gets candidates excited about the role. Verbatims from candidates responding to the Analytics PM video:

“I love the transparency of Gitlab’s process, from the handbook material to the recruiting video! I was quite impressed with your articulation of the intersections of different background knowledge with the role. Thank you for taking the time to put all of this together in such detail.”

“I would love to have a chat to hear more about it and tell you more about myself and my professional experience. Loved your video and all the online info about GitLab.”

“You really caught my attention: the videos describing the open positions are very clear (Analytics!), I share your vision of the PM role, and I like that GitLab is sharing the Product Handbook, details of remote work culture, and even compensations.”

  1. It improves the number and quality of candidates. @dmurph posted a role with a video and shared it on LinkedIn. The post has gotten strong engagement and shows well on social media because of the video. Some comments:

I love the idea of video! Makes it so much more personal and you get a glimpse of who you may be working with.

Darren, this is such a great video and very exciting information about the position! Mahalo!

I'm not sure what the funnel for this role looks like, but the video has over 1,000 views and has probably helped drive some excited candidates to GitLab.

Does this MR meet the acceptance criteria?
