Added clarity around the use of acronyms

Why is this change being made?

As the company grows and gets more complex, every group will start to adopt more acronyms and language specific to their specialties. This behavior makes it more challenging to collaborate, as the bar to join a conversation becomes much higher. Acronyms make on-boarding more challenging as well. This tweak, encourages people to expand acronyms when they are used.
