docs: encourage semantic linefeeds
Why is this change being made?
Encouraging the use of a semantic linefeed allows for easier reading and editing given the additional line breaks around punctuation.
Future changes to markdown that utilizes this practice will have more specific information in git which shows blame information per line. Edits in the diff are also more clear; in this MR, the diff shows the whole paragraph block instead of mostly just the addition of linebreaks.
I've transformed one section as an example as well and it's the same rendered out for end-user reading.
