Added the informed by data, driven by empathy guideline
Why is this change being made?
To clarify that we shouldn't resort to using dark patterns to move a KPI in the right direction, I added the "informed by data, driven by empathy" guideline which I borrowed from Booking.com.
I think this guideline strikes a perfect balance of how growth teams should work. Instead of being driven by data, metrics and KPIs we should be driven be creating value for our users and use data to inform us if we're doing the right thing with the right approach.
