Why is this change being made?

Removed antiquated social media listing and practice. According to the files listed, UX hasn't contributed to social activity since 2018. Also, this is likely not a practice we'd try to pick back up in its current format. In the event a team member used the forms provided for Twitter, their posts would not be featured (and haven't been featured for some time).
