DevOps Dozen submission debug

Why is this change being made?

Debugging the DOD12 Awards submission MR !35573 (merged) including

• one of two videos is not rendering as in some cases, YouTube's /watch endpoint does not allow outside requests whereas the /embed endpoint does
• relative URLs incorrectly entered led to one 404 and general inconsistency
• whatever else we find before submission
