Why is this change being made?
Feedback from Glassdoor reviews and our candidate survey shows that candidates are told they will be moving forward to the next stage but then they get an email rejecting them. This may happen if a stronger candidate is interviewed and moved forward instead. I think to manage expectations, we should let candidates know we are speaking with other people.
