Updated our "Don't pull rank" sub-value to include using someone else's name/rank

"Don't pull rank", as written under our Collaboration value, seems to target a person using their own rank to strongarm a decision.

Inspired by Jack Dorsey's recent internal Square email in https://twitter.com/EmiliejayG/status/1198731054162432000, this MR includes using the name/rank of another person to push an idea forward.
