Add sourcing-related KPIs for Recruiting

This MR redefines the following:

  • Candidates Sourced versus Candidates Hired - Previously this KPI only tracked sourcing done by those in the Sourcer job family. Now the definition has been updated to include sourcing done by anyone in the Recruiting department. This is to capture all sourcing that is being done currently by the department and will help drive active sourcing throughout the department. This remains a KPI.
  • Applied vs Sourced Candidates - The definition of this has been updated along with adding some context about the metric. This is a PI for the Recruiting Leadership job family.

This MR adds:

  • Team Member Referrals - this will be a PI for the Recruiters job family and Recruiting Leadership job family.
  • Social Referrals - this will be a PI for the Talent Brand job family.

A PI that already exists is:

  • Rate of internal job promotion. It is a PI for the L&D job family.

Since I have made so many changes on this please approve again if did previously. Last person to merge.

  • Tag the CFO; function head; Manager, Data; and Manager, FP&A in the MR for visibility into downstream changes that may need to occur.

  • Once the MR is merged, the author makes an announcement on the Company Call, along with the link to the Merge Request.
