Remove Reasons for Churn and Reasons for Net Expansion KPIs

This MR is to remove Reasons for Churn and Reasons for Net Expansion from the Finance KPI list. During the most recent two Finance KPI meetings it has been discussed that these are not Finance driven KPIs, and that these are currently analysis and not KPIs as they do not have targets. The Periscope views of these analysis exist, and will remain on the Retention Dashboard, as they are important to track but are not Finance KPIs.

This MR will update the list of KPI's to remove Reasons for Churn and Reasons for Net Expansion from the Finance KPI list and remove the Periscope link to the Finance Dashboard on the Customer Success page.

If approved, next steps will be

• removing Reasons for Churn and Reasons for Next Expansion from the monthly Finance KPI meeting
• updating the Customer Success handbook page to link to the Retention Dashboard if it is preferred to still have a link for these two analyses (@zgaston )
