Direct, Authorized and Fulfillment Process Update

@james_harrison @annapiaseczna @mgilgalindo As discussed, I've made the changes to the three (3) applicable sections. This highlights the requirements to include Quote no., and language to be added for direct deals with non-standard terms. I have left all other processes the same. We should push this out when the updated templates go live in SFDC. I am going to spend time next week going through this entire page to adopt the correct nomenclature (i.e., or transaction documents are called "Order Forms" not Quotes).
