Add evergreen campaign tags for 3 teams

Documenting campaign tags we can use for swag invoices going forward so we can compare budget to actuals! We should have enough info in NetSuite (and 4Q rolling) to differentiate between the regions for field, so it is not necessary to add more tags. Since we are not tracking who is getting these, I am not setting them up as campaigns in SFDC, but @llamb we do need in NetSuite please!
