Add writing guideline for using "Stage:Group" format

Right now we lack standardization on writing the stage name and group name together for things like email signatures and business cards. I've seen many variations like "Stage:Group", "Stage, Group" and "Stage Group". The MR adds guidelines to standardize on "Stage:Group".
