This MR updates the requirements for the CEO Shadow program to depend on a person's current role, not the role they were hired at.
Especially for employees who joined the company a long time ago and moved to different roles over time, restricting the shadow program to depend on hired role means employees won't be able to grow as effectively. Changing it to depend on current role instead encourages employees to improve over time and grow into different, more senior roles at the company.
