adds service desk workflow rendered mermaid graph and source

@amandarueda - the graph wasn't rendering because we missed some back ticks at the end.

Once I added them though, the built-in rendering cut off some text, so I committed the source and added a pre-rendered image.

If this looks good, assign back to me and I'll merge!
