Added active behaviors for GitLab's Diversity & Inclusion value, to clarify behaviors team members can take to live the D&I value in their daily interactions.

  1. Bias towards asynchronous communication
  2. Practice vulnerability (removed)
  3. Reach across company departments
  4. Make family feel welcome
  5. Work from a new, diverse location (removed)
  6. Shift working hours for a cause
  7. Be a mentor

This was motivated by @williamchia's Issue "Improve D&I Values with some actions". We are seeking to clarify active behaviors which demonstration the D&I value, such that we will see more people thanking others for living out this value, and also elevating thanks with the D&I values emoji.

I believe that publishing these in our Handbook will have an impact on employee branding and recruiting as well. Few companies openly encourage people to work from diverse locations, for example, which helps promote our all-remote culture.

Assigning to @bsexton as this is in /handbook. @melsmo, @cwilliams3, @cteskey, @bchurch — feel free to give support/feedback. FYI @sytses
