This fixes a couple links at https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/engineering/ux/uxresearcher-onboarding/index.html#getting-started-as-a-researcher-at-gitlab:

The "UX Researcher" link was leading to our 404 Not Found message. What was lost is now found!
The "UX Handbook" link was being redirected (301 Moved Permanently) to an irregular and unnecessarily specific URL. The now-normalized link URL obviates the redirection.
