Update handbook to note dataStudio doesn't support shared drives

@lbanks after moving everything to dataStudio I discovered a bug that prevents dataStudio data sources from being used from a shared drive.

Google Sheets in the shared drive work fine in dataStudio, but any data sources moved to a shared folder fail to load.

Updated the handbook entry to note this wrinkle with data sources.
