Update customer onboarding guide for TAMs to simplify and update the process
Removed some extraneous explanation, while focusing on the 2 key steps:
- Create the SFDC object and set the dates
- Create the Onboarding issue and follow the checklist
At present the two objects are in separate systems and aren't linked. The TAM field can be inferred in reports from the Account object so we can avoid duplication.
This iteration is about getting everyone to use the 2 objects and the report, while providing a more robust onboarding checklist that can grow over time. We will worry about improving SFDC data in the next iteration.
