Including expanded time tracking language in handbook
@dsakamoto @pmachle please take a look and merge. This is designed to put some basic guidelines around this process to ensure that it is consistent and traceable. Recommending daily time tracking by individual team member, for weekly manager review/approval, and then ultimately submitted to Finance (me) each Monday for acceptance into the ongoing data set. This will be used to move us to a % of completion rev rec standard as opposed to having to maintain 2 sets of rev rec books, one for GAAP and one for comp.
We need to do this to ensure that we are able to burn down our backlog of deferred revenue and to ensure the team is able to be compensated for their work via gross margin attainment. Thanks!!!
