Add Survey Link info to Company Kickoff Process
Adding a reference to the Kickoff Survey to our Company Kickoff Process. Also replaced some references to Release Post Manager with VP of Product.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
