- Reorganize support direction, update headers
- Add GitLab.com and Google Calendar to communications section
- Add link to Engineering function communications section
- Add more support resources
Notes:
- I removed the "actionable analytics" section as that was from support direction for 2017
- I removed the "Intra-team trust suffers" row under hazards as that was resolved in gitlab-com/support/support-team-meta#1447 (comment 181084543) with the addition of the "Lack of trust as the team grows" row
