Add a bullet to the Spending page to include business cards as reimbursed office supplies
This MR is part of my onboarding issue (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/people-ops/employment/issues/987#day-4-git). The intention is to include business cards as a bullet point within the office supplies list so that team members can order and re-order these without seeking prior approval for reimbursement. The handbook already implies that this is the case but the information is currently only provided from the people operations page linked to by this change.
