Updating Recruiting KPI's in People Ops Section
- Consolidating the 3 candidate survey KPI's into 1.
- Recommending we remove ‘Candidates per vacancy (Greenhouse) -P1’. More candidates is not always better. The only real benefit to this metric is measuring the popularity of a vacancy/job description but I don’t see this as a priority KPI.
- Recommending we change ‘Percentage of vacancies with active sourcing’ to measure percentage of sourced hires. For some roles proactive sourcing may not be needed or best use of time. Number of sourced hires is a better reflection of sourcing effectiveness.
- Recommending we push Diversity lifecycle: applications, recruited, interviews, offers, acceptance, retention (out of scope for Q2) given the ability to report on this data is contingent upon adding Greenhouse Inclusion or similar tool. cc: @cteskey @cmachado1
